Pablo begins his journey in the call center world, where he discovers his passion for customer service. That same year, an idea is born: to build something of his own. With excitement and conviction, he persuades Esteban to start a project that, unknowingly, would go on to transform many lives.
In January, Pablo and Esteban reunite—now with more experience but the same vision. With a client, 8 agents, a loan in hand, and a dream in mind, they open their first office. It marks the beginning of a journey defined by courage, effort, and unwavering belief in what they were building.
Our first international clients arrive, including an embassy that required bilingual agents. That same year, Rodrigo Álvarez joins as an agent. Through commitment and leadership, he rises to become our Chief Operations Officer. At BTO, talent always finds its way to shine.
Our first national client places their trust in us, and the operation quickly grows thanks to our service. At the same time, we continue gaining international accounts, positioning BTO as a symbol of quality and commitment—both locally and globally.
We secure our first European accounts, proving BTO’s quality knows no borders. Growth accelerates so rapidly that our offices can no longer keep up—marking the beginning of a new chapter.
Thanks to steady growth and client trust, we move to a larger, better-equipped office designed to provide greater comfort for our teams and an optimal environment for operational excellence. Every square meter reflects our collective effort and the dream steadily coming to life.
Growth was internal, too. Many of our best agents were promoted to coordinator and management roles, reflecting our belief that great leaders rise from the ground up. We also strengthened our administrative team, building a structure ready for new challenges.
The pandemic brought uncertainty and disruption. But where others saw a barrier, we saw an opportunity to adapt and grow. We enhanced our platforms, streamlined processes, and expanded more than ever. That year confirmed: resilience and adaptability are part of our DNA.
At the height of the pandemic, our agents proved that BTO is more than a job it’s a family. Their warmth and dedication kept service quality intact. That year, we reaffirmed: our greatest asset is our people.
We opened our first branch outside of La Paz, in Santa Cruz bringing our vision and commitment to one of Bolivia’s key cities. A firm step toward regional growth and the future.
Santa Cruz brought new challenges, but with effort and clarity, we achieved steady growth. While consolidating our presence in La Paz, we proved that no challenge is too big when faced with dedication.
The passing of our founder, Pablo Peñaloza, left a profound void—but also a legacy of empathy, generosity, and service. We launched the Solidarity Network that bears his name a reflection of our social commitment. That same year, we leaped into the future with AI-powered solutions and the launch of Global Task Solutions.
In 2025, we opened our third branch in La Paz and our fourth nationwide in Cochabamba, one of Bolivia’s most important cities. That same year, we accelerated our technological transformation by integrating artificial intelligence into our operations, streamlining processes, and enhancing our clients’ experience.
